Charity needs votes to help improve its security measures

A charity in Clevedon is in the running to win a prize worth thousands of pounds to improve its security.

Springboard Opportunity Group, in Princes Road, is in with a chance of winning the £2,500 funding.

The charity supports children with additional needs and their families.

A Springboard spokesman said: “We need people’s help to get this money to keep this vital service operation in order to give hope and support to future children and their families.”

Voting ends at noon on Thursday.
