AS PART of an African-themed harvest festival, children in Clevedon made their own piggy banks to raise money for a good cause.

Youngsters at Yeo Moor Primary School have been collecting cash for Gangama Babies’ Home in Mbale, Uganda, which looks after about 48 babies at one time and has been supported by Yeo Moor for about six years.

School teacher, Anne Pritchard, recently travelled to the country where Yeo Moor also has links with St Joseph’s School.
