Creative pupils have helped to design a new banner for their school.
Pupils at St Francis Primary School in Nailsea took part in a competition to design a new flag to represent their school.
The winning designs were then incorporated into a picture which was sewn together by Chris Harris, a pupil’s grandmother.
The beautiful banner was presented to the whole school at mass and blessed by the parish priest.
Pupils and staff are delighted with the flag which is now on display at the school.
