Snow White, Buzz Lightyear, Dorothy from the Wizard Of Oz and even a banana were among the costumes selected by year 11 students celebrating at Gordano School.
Friday saw pupils in Portishead have their final lessons ahead of their GCSE exams, and while many will stay on to study their A-levels, for some it marks the end of their school education.
A school spokesman said: “As a reward for their hard work and commitment to their GCSE courses this year, students enjoyed a morning of inflatables including a sports arena, bungee running and gladiator jousting and a stage for students’ bands with a hog roast for lunch.
“All the Gordano staff would like to wish year 11 students the very best for their forthcoming exams.”
