Representatives from employers and further education organisations have been talking through future options with Gordano School students.
Weston College, Lloyds Banking Group and Babcock International were among the exhibitors at the Portishead school’s information evening.
Sue Jones, Gordano’s careers advisor, said: “We are delighted big businesses such as our Gordano partner, Babcock International, have been willing to come into school and speak directly to our students about apprenticeships.
“Promotion of post-18 apprenticeships is something that we feel most strongly about at Gordano School and we want to ensure that we support our students as much as possible to understand and succeed in the apprenticeship application process.
“We’d like to thank all of our guests who attended the evening.”
