DAFFODIL bulbs were planted by children in Nailsea as part of a school project.
Year two pupils at Golden Valley Primary School were visited by Mr and Mrs Davies from Nailsea Horticultural Society, who brought along the bulbs for children to plant.
The children were given a brief talk about how daffodils grow and how they should look after their bulbs.
Mr and Mrs Davies now plan to return in the spring to see how well the youngsters have looked after their young flowers.
