British astronaut Tim Peake has been inspiring youngsters from St Mary’s Primary School in Portbury.
Six pupils were able to attend an educational conference in Portsmouth and got to meet the man who spent six months on the International Space Station.
A school spokesman said it was a ‘fantastic experience’ for the children and praised the youngsters for representing the school with such credit.
