Talented artists from Nailsea School showed off their impressive work at an exhibition last week.
Coursework from GCSE and A-level students were on display and pupils talked to visitors about their pieces.
Over the summer, three practicing artists held workshops to inspire the pupils, thanks to a grant from Nailsea Town Council.
Artists Ian Walker and Lisa Malyon and professional storyteller Michael Loader talked to the students about their work and careers.
Rachel Davies subject leader for art at Nailsea School said: “We are delighted to work with professional artists and our students have greatly benefited by the input from Ian, Lisa and Michael, these three workshops have created a real buzz in the art department.”
