An area of a Nailsea school was cordoned off this week after aliens crash-landed in the grounds.
Pupils at Grove Junior School turned up for class on Monday to be told by teachers the incident was connected to the recent solar eclipse.
The youngsters will be studying space as part of their lessons this term and began their work by drawing sketches of the crash site so they could compile an alien investigation bureau report.
