Alby the barn owl visits West Leigh

A FEATHERY friend visited children in Backwell.

Alby the barn owl was taken to West Leigh Infant School on January 13 by Nick Baker of the Alvis Bros Farm Link Project, who gave them a talk about the bird.

The session was held as part of a class topic focusing on a 16th century Dutch painting, which features an owl.
