Primary schoolchildren were joined by some cuddly companions during a teddy bears’ picnic, before they rounded off the end of the school year.
Pupils in nursery, reception and key stage one at St Andrew’s Primary School in Congresbury tucked into some delicious bites and nibbles at the picnic.
The children were joined by teachers, parents and grandparents to enjoy the afternoon, which was held in the school playground in Station Road.
In an online letter, headteacher Neil Tuttiett said: “The progress our children make is a particular strength of our school.
“Giving that little bit extra has paid off right throughout the school.”
