A pirate’s life

IT’S A pirate’s life for me was the theme of a WOW day at St Peter’s Primary School in Portishead.

Year two pupils began their topic based on the Night Pirates book by Peter Harris with a dress-up day.

Teaching assistant Freda Wheat said: “A learning experience in costume is always a great deal of fun but also helps stimulate imagination and creativity.”
