JELLY brains, a giant floor puzzle and a brain box challenge captivated youngsters at Tickenham Primary School.
Scientists and students from Bristol University visited year five and six pupils to hold a science morning.
The children made paper brains to wear, completed quickest reaction and brain box challenges and held some life-sized jelly brains.
