ARTISTIC pupils at Backwell School were proud as punch after their willow sculptures were admired by the public at a North Somerset Arts Week event.
Six year eight students worked with local sculpture and willow artist Sophie Howard to create three masterpieces for a Sculpture Trail at Goblin Combe, in Cleeve.
Also on display were some painted ceramic stones, created by students at a workshop at Nailsea Tithe Barn, depicting the spirit of the building.
