MONTHS of auditions, rehearsals and technical challenges have culminated in the most ambitious production yet to be put on at Clevedon School.
Return to the Forbidden Planet has seen pupils from years seven to 13 take on roles in the main cast as well as a live band.
Under the watch of the school’s head of music, Marianne Vivash, the show features no fewer than 25 songs including Great Balls of Fire, The Monster Mash and Gloria, and the production is set on board US Starship Albatross, designed and created by drama teacher Jamie Williams with the help of a team of willing students.
Return to the Forbidden Planet was performed last night (Tues) and will also be repeated tonight and tomorrow.
Tickets, priced £7-8, are still available and can be booked online at www.clevedonschool.org.uk/tickets
