A BRITISH author paid a visit to children in Clevedon after they raised enough money to pay for him to come.
SF Said visited youngsters in years three and four at Yeo Moor Primary School to talk about and sign copies of his book, Varjak Paw.
The children have been studying the book this term and managed to raise £400 through events including a games day and dressing-up day to pay for the author’s visit.
