POETIC students from Nailsea covered their school with rhymes and verses to celebrate National Poetry Day.
Each pupil from Nailsea School wrote an original piece before taking part in a mass ‘poetry bomb’ which saw lockers, doors, classrooms and break areas covered with literary work to mark the creative occasion.
Staff and students were able to read each other’s poems during lunch and break time and pick up new ideas for creative writing.
