COLOURFUL woollies were worn by children in Tickenham as part of a national charity initiative.
Pupils at the village primary school had the chance to wear Christmas jumpers to class as part of Christmas Jumper Day, which was organised to collect cash for Save the Children.
This was the third year the event has been put on to fundraise for the world’s leading independent children’s charity working in 120 countries.
