More than 600 children from primary schools across North Somerset took part in a celebration of music at Bristol’s Colston Hall.
The pupils gathered for the 42nd annual Music Association of Woodspring Schools Concert and this year’s theme was songs and music related to books and literature.
A choir of more than 350 children performed on the day, supported by dancers and three instrumental groups – a string orchestra, a wind band and guitar ensemble.
Schools from Clevedon, Backwell, Portishead, Nailsea, Pill, Claverham, Long Ashton and Portbury took part on April 3.
