Eco-townhouses to replace Portishead hair salon?

PUBLISHED: 16:44 01 February 2017

A former office and hair salon in Portishead may be torn down and replaced by eco-houses.

Planning permission is being sought for one two-bedroom and a trio of three-bedroom eco-townhouses in West Hill.

Smarthouz Ltd believes its plan would provide ‘sustainable family housing’ and parking.

North Somerset Council will make the final decision but Portishead Town Council will debate it tonight (Wednesday) at the Folk Hall.

The meeting is due to start at 7.30pm.
