Garden tools are wanted to help Clevedon Pride raise cash to continue to improve the town centre.

Pride was set up 12 years ago after the town centre fell into disrepair.

Chairman Mike Bisacre got together a small group of volunteers to see what could be done to improve it.

Over the past decade, the group has raised more than £100,000, all of which has been spent on town centre improvement projects.

It is looking for donations of garden tools, equipment and other items to sell at its garden equipment sale in April.

Clevedon Pride is happy to collect any donations and all profits will go back into the project.

Over the years the group has organised more than 50 major events including a number of children’s Christmas spectaculars in conjunction with the town’s Theatre Orchard group.

To donate or get involved with volunteering, call Mike on 01275 874097.
