HANDBAG lovers will have the chance to get hold of some designer items during a sale in Clevedon on Sunday.
A stall selling second-hand handbags will be set up at the Salthouse Fields during the Marine Lake festival with the hope of raising money toward the 10,000 needed for Christmas lights in Queens Square.
Organised by members of the community group, Clevedon Pride, women were asked to donate any unwanted handbags to the cause and, so far, donations have included some DKNY, Jean Paul Gautier and Gucci items.
Anyone still wishing to donate their bags can take them to Present Company in Queens Square, which is open from 9am-5pm every Monday to Saturday.
