MORE than £500 has been raised by two daredevils who took on a 160ft bungee jump.

Emma Binding and Mel Bennett, who both work at Rydal Day Nursery in Clevedon, have raised the cash for the Wallace and Gromit Appeal.

Emma, aged 30, and Mel, aged 29, plummeted from a 160ft high crane over Bristol Docks on August 16.

Rydal Day Nursery in Albert Road has chosen the appeal as its charity of the year, collecting much-needed funds for Bristol’s children’s hospital.
