A CYCLIST who died in a crash in Nailsea last week has been named.
Peter James, aged 78, was riding his bike along Stock Way North near to Silver Street when he was involved in a collision with a Ford Focus on May 30.
Paramedics were called just after 1pm and despite their efforts he died at the scene following a head injury and a cardiac arrest.
An inquest into his death has been opened by Flax Bourton Coroners Court.
