The woman who killed a grandmother by crashing a van into a house in Clevedon could be freed from prison in two years’ time.
Tracy Bibby, of Rushmoor, was found guilty on Monday of death by dangerous driving by being behind the wheel - while banned - as the van crashed into Joan Woodier's home last year.
This morning (Friday) at Bristol Crown Court she was jailed for four years but will serve only half of that time, if she behaves well in prison.
The 35-year-old has received a six-year driving disqualification too, which will come into effect once she is released from prison.
Ms Woodier was on the phone to her son Alan Woodier when the crash happened on April 18, 2018.
She was killed by the debris which fell as a result of Bibby's driving.

Judge Michael Cullum said: "Joan Woodier was effectively the head of four generations of a close-knit family.
"She was a 90-year-old woman living in her own house and embracing the legacy of a close and relatively significant family who hold her dear.
"This is a situation which is beyond the loss of a grandmother, which at the age of 90, could have another few years to experience.
"A traumatic event for then both, especially for Alan Woodier and because of the resulting press coverage."
