The following cases were completed at North Somerset Courthouse, near St Georges, between April 11-19.
* Carl Prosser (22), of Forth Avenue, Portishead. Racially-aggravated harassment: 12-month community order, ordered to pay £400 costs and a £85 victim surcharge.
* Ellelouise Green (19), of Silver Street, Nailsea. Theft: Fined £135 and ordered to pay £85 costs plus a £30 victim surcharge.
* Paul Scott (30), of Severn Road, Portishead. Failure to stop after an accident: Six weeks in prison suspended for 18 months, ordered to carry out 200 hours’ unpaid community work, and pay £85 costs and a £115 victim surcharge. Driving while disqualified: 18 weeks in prison (concurrent) suspended for 18 months. Causing damage to a vehicle taken without the owner’s consent: Six weeks in prison (concurrent) suspended for 18 months, banned from driving for three years. Driving without insurance: No separate penalty.
