The following cases were completed at North Somerset Courthouse between December 22 and January 6:
* Charles Godsell (25), of Station Road, Backwell. Failure to stop after an accident: Fined £450 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £45 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with seven penalty points. Failure to report an accident: No separate penalty.
* Philip Ashton (63), of Langport Gardens, Nailsea. Drink-driving: Fined £280 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 14 months.
* Adam Kelly (43), of Engine Lane, Nailsea. Drink-driving: 12-month community order with requirement to carry out 60 hours’ unpaid community work, banned from driving for 24 months.
* Bobbie Stubbert (20), of Colehouse Lane, Clevedon. Criminal damage: Two-year restraining order, fined £260 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.
