The following cases were completed at North Somerset Courthouse between January 25 and February 7:
* Gerard Lyle (32), of Kelting Grove, Clevedon. Driving without due care and attention: Fined £255, ordered to pay £85 costs and £25 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with five penalty points.
* Richard Potts (48), of Glenwood Rise, Portishead. Drink-driving: Fined £110 plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 20 months.
* David Thompson (40), of Millcross, Clevedon. Breach of restraining order: Six weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, ordered to carry out 40 hours’ unpaid community work. Harassment: 12 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay £200 compensation plus £80 victim surcharge and £170 costs. Theft: Two weeks in prison suspended for 12 months.
* Rayner Cunningham (24), of Harbour Road, Portishead. Receiving stolen goods: Six-month community order with eight-week curfew, ordered to pay £150 costs.
