The following court cases were heard at North Somerset Courthouse from September 4-19.
* Luke Cockle, Ham Lane, Kingston Seymour (23). Speeding: disqualified from driving for six months, fined £369 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £36 victim surcharge.
* Paul Chapman, Black Nore Point, Portishead (60). Drink-driving: disqualified from driving for three years, fined £338 and ordered to pay £800 costs.
* Rickard, North Grove, Pill (25). Failure to comply with noise abatement notice: fined £40 and ordered to pay £200 costs and £30 victim surcharge.
* Carl Tempest, Cambridge Road, Clevedon (34). Theft: ordered to pay £7.99 compensation. Assault constable: community order and ordered to pay £100 compensation, £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge. Possession of bladed article in public place: community order.
