The following cases were heard at North Somerset Courthouse from April 12-24:
* Dean Chapman, Brendon Gardens, Portishead (50). Drink-driving: disqualified from driving for 20 months, fined £350 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £35 victim surcharge.
* David George, no fixed abode (38). Failed to provide breathalyser sample: disqualified from driving for 36 months, fined £769 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £76 victim surcharge.
* Matthew Davidge, Rhyne View, Nailsea (43). Production of class B drug: community order and ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.
