The following cases were heard at North Somerset Courthouse from January 9-24:
* Margaret Flux, Halswell Road, Clevedon (80). Driving without due care and attention: six penalty points, fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.
* Joseph Kemp, Chancel Close, Nailsea (32). Assault: fined £236 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.
* Jake Smith, Churchill Avenue, Clevedon (23). Assault: fined £400 and ordered to pay £750 compensation, £105 costs and £40 victim surcharge.
