The following cases were heard at North Somerset Courthouse from June 17-26:
* Brandon Squires, no fixed abode (19). Assault: 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge. Possession of class B drug: 12-month conditional discharge.
* Julie Elson, Netherways, Clevedon (58). Drink-driving: disqualified from driving for 36 months, community order and ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.
* Damien Brayne, Moorhen Road, Yatton (38). Assault by beating: community order and ordered to pay £200 compensation, £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.
* Giovanni Davino, Yeolands Drive, Clevedon (18). Assault: 10-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £200 costs and £20 victim surcharge.
* Jack Thornton, Portland Drive, Portishead (19). Possession of class B drug: community order and ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge. Assault causing actual bodily harm: community order and ordered to pay £600 compensation.
* Nathan Shaw, Cherry Avenue, Clevedon (41). Production of class B drug: eight-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.
