FIREFIGHTERS have been called to a ‘deliberate’ fire at a row of garages this afternoon (Tues).
Crews were called to Avon Way in Portishead shortly before 1pm.
A fire had been started in one garage and smoke spread to the other five in the row, according to an Avon Fire and Rescue spokesman.
He said the cause was thought to be deliberate but the damage caused was ‘relatively minor.
