A Portishead man has been convicted of drink-driving.
David Jarman, of The Paddock, admitted driving his car while under the influence of alcohol.
The 57-year-old was involved in a collision in the car park of The Poacher in Portishead High Street when the police were called.
May Li, prosecuting, said: “He said he couldn’t remember much except being in the car park and the rear window being damaged and the police arriving.”
Jarman apologised to North Somerset Courthouse on Monday. He was ordered to pay £365 and disqualified from driving for 15 months.
