WILLING volunteers are needed to help maintain and improve a Nailsea park.
A wildlife and conservation group is being re-launched to encourage more people to take part in work at the Trendlewood Community Park, a 13-acre site made up of grassland, woodland and meadows.
Volunteers are needed to help with wildlife conservation, planting hedgerows, coppicing, putting up nest boxes and benches among many other jobs.
A meeting of the Friends of Trendlewood Park, previously known as the Friends of Nowhere Wood, will be held at The Old Farmhouse pub off Trendlewood Way at 7pm on Tuesday for anyone wishing to join the group.
