Clevedon's Trefoil Guild has celebrated its 70th anniversary.
The group, dubbed girlguiding for adults, welcomed about 40 members for the anniversary celebrations.
The occasion was marked with a cake which was cut by the two longest-serving members, Mary House and Pam Coles.
A club spokesman said: “Trefoil Guild is guiding for adults and anyone over 18 can belong.
“Members are the amazing volunteer leaders who run Rainbow, Brownie and Guide units, as well as those who were leaders but now offer unit support when and where it is needed – as well as finding interesting and enjoyable activities that challenge members.
“Trefoil Guild members know how to have fun and there was much hilarity at the party.”
The club meets on the first Wednesday of the month at East Clevedon Guides HQ in Southey Road.
There are more than 20,000 active Trefoil Guild members in the UK.
The national organisation will mark its 75th birthday next year.
