Clevedon spring show and fair this weekend

It may have felt like a long winter, but the first signs of spring will be evident in Clevedon this weekend.

Clevedon Gardeners’ Club will hold its spring show and fair tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon.

Prizes will be handed out to winners of 80 categories, ranging from the best chutney to the best collection of daffodils.

There will also be classes for flowers, art pieces and craft items for both children and adults.

A number of stalls will also be open for he public to browse as well, with paintings, cakes, bric-a-brac and more on sale throughout the afternoon.

The show and fair will be held on Saturday at Princes Hall, in Princes Road.

It will begin at 1pm and run until 4.15pm.

Admission costs £1 for over-16s but includes an entry for the prize draw.
