Children will be able to see Santa this festive season as Lions clubs travel around in their Christmas floats.
Clevedon, Portishead, Nailsea and Yeo Valley Lions clubs will be travelling around their towns and villages in the lead up to Christmas to raise cash for the community.
The floats are in a new place each night and have helped raise thousands of pounds for the Lions which has then been put towards funding projects in schools, youth groups, charities and volunteer-run businesses.
Carollers will accompany Santa as he travels, accepting letters from youngsters.
Clevedon Lion president Sue Millers said: “The Christmas money which is put into the scheme goes a long way and is an important and ideal way for the Lions to support the community.”
The floats will be unveiled over the next seven days.
Father Christmas will again be helping Yeo Valley Lions Club as its carol float tours Yatton, Claverham, Cleeve, Congresbury, Wrington and Langford from Sunday evening through to Christmas Eve.
