Clevedon Pier has promised to keep visitors cosy with its half-term activities next week.

The Grade I-listed tourist attraction will host Let’s Go For A Pier Walk from Saturday to February 18, offering games and warmth during these chilly February days.

A pier spokesman said: “There’s nothing better than getting cosy in hats, gloves and scarfs, and striding out along the deck as the ships sail by, the tide comes in and out and the wind whooshes up the estuary.

“Warm up with a yummy hot chocolate in Tiffin or pop down to the Porthole Room for some activities and play a giant game or two.”

Visitors will be charged normal pier entry.

The Porthole Room will be closed for part of the day on Saturday as well as February 14 and 16 for wedding celebrations.
