People are invited to take a trip down memory lane during a book launch in Clevedon on Saturday.

Rev Russell Herbert has written a book entitled Halfway Home, which reflects on some of the biggest questions of mid-life experience and how faith can help with the challenges.

To launch the book, Rev Herbert is hosting a free community event featuring a pop culture quiz from the 1970s and 80s, as well as music and TV advert clips.

Revd Herbert will also introduce the book at the event on Saturday in Christchurch, in Chapel Hill, at 7.30pm.

Revd Herbert said: "Both the book itself and the launch event are very much open to everyone - not just for people who already have a faith."

The event will feature a pop-up bar provided by Fallen Tree micro brewery in Clevedon.

Anyone interested in attending is asked to email clevedonmethodist@btinternet.com
