Clevedon District food bank is appealing for donations to help people in need during this festive season.
The foodbank, in Knowles Road, is looking to create hampers using the donations for families who use their services.
Members of the public are asked to make a contribution of foods such as Christmas cakes, tinned ham, tinned salmon, tubes of crisps such as Pringles, trifle kits and cartons of juice.
Kelly Croxton, administrator at the foodbank, said: "It is a busy time of the year and the families we help always appreciate what we can offer because it can be a hard time for them.
"People have been very generous so we have been receiving a lot of food donations which is great.
"But we are generally still looking for more donations of Christmas foods and toiletries are always appreciated."
The foodbank will be creating the hampers on December 17.
