A CLEANER from Clevedon is offering a free house-clean to the kind couple who helped to change her tyre.

Jessica McManus, aged 27, was on her way to work on when her tyre went flat and her vehicle came to a halt on Tickenham Hill just after 9am.

Fortunately, a woman saw Jessica in trouble and called her husband to help her change her tyre.

Jessica, who lives at Pier Mews and works for Leave it to the Fairies, said: “It was going to be my busiest day before Christmas so I needed it to go well.

“There was no way I was going to be able to change it myself and it really made my day when they came to help me. Thanks to them I got to all my appointments on time.

“I would like to say a huge thank you and offer to clean their house for free.

“I don’t know who they were, but they must live locally.”
