The Times has teamed up with Portishead Christmas Lights committee for the Tree Of Light initiative once again.

Lights on the festive tree above the town’s Iceland, in The Precinct, will sparkle in memory of loved ones throughout December and into the New Year as part of the campaign.

To take part, members of the community need to complete the form and return it with a minimum donation of £5.

Every penny donated will go towards the lights and the names of all those remembered will be published in the paper around Christmas time. In addition, details of those remembered will be displayed on a screen in Freemans Home Entertainment Centre’s window in High Street.

Photographs can be included and should be emailed to lorraineschneider23@gmail.com, provided on disk or as hard copy attached to the form.

The form, or your own version including all the necessary information, can be sent to Tree of Light c/o 23 Heron Gardens, Portishead, BS20 7DH, or they can be left in store at Freemans.
