Nailsea Choral Society is preparing for its next concert on November 16.

The vibrant group of singers will perform Haydn's Creation at the Methodist Church, in Silver Street, at 7.30pm.

The choir, which is led by musical director Tom Williams, puts on four musical events per year.

Nailsea Choral Society has been running for 94 years and it is still going strong, with more than 90 members.

A spokesman for the group said: "Ninety-four years young and still going very strong, the society looks forward to continuing success, and is grateful for the support it receives from the local community."

The talented singers recently performed Mozart's Requiem to great acclaim.

After the November concert, the singers will prepare for their Christmas concert at Christ Church, in Christchurch Close, on December 14. The performance includes festive music and readings as well as audience participation.
