YOUNG gymnasts had the chance to hold an Olympic torch when it was brought to their club in Nailsea.
Preschool members of Gemini Gymnastics Club were shown the torch, which was carried by British gymnast Beth Tweddle during the Olympic torch relay.
It was brought to the Blackfriars Road club by a member of Portishead’s Academy of Gymnastics, which had been lent the torch to display during a competition.
