CCTV images have been released following a racially-aggravated assault in Clevedon.

Police are looking for two men in connection with the incident.Police are looking for two men in connection with the incident.

A 32-year-old man was racially abused and assaulted while walking in Melbourne Terrace from 11.15-11.30pm on April 5.

The victim saw someone hew recognised involved in an argument with two other men so went to check on his welfare.

One of the other men involved then punched him in the face causing him to lose consciousness before shouting racial abuse and threats at him.

The offenders are described as white men, aged 25-30, of medium build and with West Country accents.
