COMMUNITY groups across North Somerset and Somerset have the chance to apply for grants toward the revitalisation of community spaces and buildings.
Thanks to a landfill tax credit scheme, the Churngold Environment Fund is able to award grants of up to 4,000 to support projects that provide, maintain or improve public spaces and community facilities.
Clevedon Community Association has already benefited from the scheme after receiving 2,000 to replace windows at the community centre in Princes Road.
Interested groups should apply for grants by the deadline of July 4. For full details and an application form visit www.quartetcf.org.uk/apply or call Ronnie Brown on 0117 989 7705.
