Care service given clean bill of health

A care service based in Clevedon has been labelled as ‘good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Inspectors carried out an announced inspection in November of ARCH Care Services Ltd and it has now published online its positive findings.

The service, based in Lower Strode Road, was commended for its safety procedures and care offered to up to 50 people.

The CQC’s report said: “Staff knew the people they were supporting and provided a very personalised service.”
