AGE UK is looking for more volunteers to help Something To Do, a support group aiming to tackle social isolation in Clevedon.

The group, run by Age UK Somerset volunteers, offers activities to elderly and isolated members of the community, including new IT sessions.

Alison Blackhall-Wright, befriending development officer for Age UK Somerset, said: “We hope to encourage older people who are perhaps feeling a bit isolated or lonely to come along and try the group.

“It would be great to have some volunteers who would like to help with transport as this seems to be a bit of a problem.”

Something To Do runs on Tuesday afternoons from 2-4pm at Christchurch. For more information contact Alison on 07906 195874 or email
