A TEAM of colleagues from a Clevedon shoe shop have raised more than �900 for charity after taking part in the Race for Life.
The owner of Twentyfour Shoes in Hill Road, Glenis Farr, was joined by staff members and one customer, including her daughter Jodie Cobb, for the event on Weston’s beach.
Jodie said: “A couple of the girls who work in the shop have been through cancer.
“We that this would be a nice thing to do as a team.”
By taking part in the 5km, women-only event they managed to raise more than �900 for Cancer Research UK.
